Created by Ben Fordham and Felipe Fuentes Crux, I was excited to be part of Benito’s Hat success story, which is all about vibrant and colourful designs to create an authentic Mexican feel that is fun and exciting. We used splashes of colour to woo diners into the restaurant areas, showcasing the rich culinary culture and vibrant street food of Latin America and then take them on a journey to Mexico City’s party scene in the bar areas.
