Côte is now a major feature throughout the country, with its brasserie-style restaurants which are a modern take on the famous and much-revered bistros of Paris. The designs create mood and space often retaining existing features and architectural detailing and are refurbished in Côte's iconic pallet of natural oak, Carrera marble, grasscloth wallpaper and tones of soft muted greys.
